All activities take place at Owae Marae, Waitara

Friday 21st October
1.00-3.30pm Registration
4.00pm Whakaeke
5.30pm Tea
6.45pm Opening of local weavers exhibition
7.30pm Karakia
8.00pm Briefing on Hui Programme
8.30pm Whakawhanaungatanga Waiata Session
Saturday 22nd October
OPEN DAY , GENERAL PUBLIC
7.30am Breakfast
8.30am Karakia and Waiata
10.00am , 2.30pm Exhibition and Weaving Tent Open to Public (There will be no structured workshops/demonstrations; general public will be able to observe weaving practises in action)
Tai Chi / Mirimiri / Taranaki Poi & Waiata (These sessions are open to attendees and general public; times will be published at the hui)
12.30pm Lunch (for registered attendees only)
3.00pm Exhibition and Weaving Tent closes to the public
5.00pm Evening Meal
7.30pm Evening Show
NB: There will be local food stalls fundraising on-site during the public day only
Sunday 23rd October
8.30am Weaving continues (ongoing all day)
9.00am Bi-Annual General Meeting TRRWOA
12.00pm Lunch
1.00pm Weaving continues
6.00pm Hakari
8.00pm Whakangahau
Monday 24th October
9.00am Plenary Session
Poroporoaki
NB: There are no structured workshops, demonstrations or speakers. This is to ensure that the focus is on the weavers nurturing, developing and sharing with one another.
