Tukua , Just Let It Go! is the theme for the 2nd Maori Writers National Hui, a premier event for Maori writers, taking place on 6 , 8 October.
Maori writers working in all genres and areas of literature and the writing industry are invited to gather together in Wellington. Many of the writers may have attended the inaugural Hui held in 2004.
For the 2006 event, Toi Maori Aotearoa has planned an exciting programme that will give a global perspective on the industry and opportunities for Maori writers.
Writers and attendees will be able to attend a special evening of readings and entertainment and listen to forums featuring guest presenters and workshop facilitators.
Don't miss out on this exciting experience for a sharing of minds and memorable evening functions to celebrate the world of Maori writing.
