Public Programme

Artists will be at work continuously during MAORI MARKet - demonstrating their art forms and talking about the tradition and innovation integral to their work as contemporary Maori artists.

Friday 27 April

  • Original songs and performance by Hinemoana Baker

  • Fashion Show presented by the incomparable Mere Boynton as MC

  • Storytelling by Hera Taute

  • Ministry of Womens Affairs forum with a special sitting of the 'Ask your Aunties' panel, in support of 'Mana Wahine Week'
